1) Donation to the National Transformation Fund (NTF)

A single applicant must invest US$150,000. For a family of four, the investment amount is US$200,000, and an additional US$25,000 is required for each additional dependent after the third. Along with the investment, processing, due diligence, and application fees are to be paid.

2) Real Estate Option
